Schumacher wins French Grand Prix

Michael Schumacher closed the gap on Formula One championship leader Fernando Alonso when he took out his eighth French Grand Prix at Magny-Cours.
Starting on pole position alongside Ferrari teammate Felipe Massa, Schumacher posted his second consecutive Formula One win of the season to close the gap to 17 points in the driver standings.
